Policies

ACCOMMODATION  POLICIES:
Check In Time: 3:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m.
Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in fee: 1pm onwards $50
Late check-out fee: until 12 noon $50
Deposit: 50% of your total lodging is required to hold the room. Full payment is required 7 days prior to check-in.
Balance: Remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days prior to check-in on the credit card provided at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Overnight Guests:

Please be advised that any cancellations made up to seven or more days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge of $50 from the deposit. Any cancellations made less than seven days before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund: reservation becomes non-cancellable / non-refundable.

  • Whole-Inn Cancellation: If you have reserved all five suites, you must give a minimum of 30 days notice to get a refund of your deposit less the cancellation fee. There is a $50 cancellation fee/per suite, for all cancellations or changes. If cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay and any balance will be charged to your credit card immediately. This does apply even if the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to the first nights stay.
  • Package Cancellation:Packages must be canceled at least seven (7) days before arrival date or you are responsible for the full reservation amount.

General Policies:

  • Occupants: Sleeps up to two adults in each suite. No children are allowed.
  • Kennel: We are not a pet friendly!
  • Hilltop Manor is NOT responsible for: Any allergic reactions to foods or soaps. Please let us know in advance if you are sensitive to any foods so that the meal can be customized to fit your needs. Loss of any money or valuables or any injury or damage to any persons or their property. 
  • Smoking:To preserve the beauty of Hilltop Manor’s interior we have a smoke and tobacco free environment. If this rule is disregarded there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file. You will also be required to leave the inn immediately and pay for your entire scheduled stay. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.
  • Damages: Any damages to Hilltop Manor or the items on the premises will be automatically charged to your credit card.
